Stuck in a fitness rut or tired of hitting up military style bootcamp classes where yelling is the norm? Ugh, who wants that? Luckily our classes are NOTHING like that. Action-packed and totally FUN, focused on your success, and always changing. No two workouts are the same and we always use positive motivation. 

No military style yelling or body shaming, ever. 

Both kids and adults work hard, but also play hard. You’ll see that laughing, smiles, and high fives are part of every class.

These Syracuse/Camillus Krav Maga classes are not just martial art classes! They were developed out of the mid-1930s Jewish history in a time of great need. Imi Sde-Or, a pro boxer and wrestler of Eastern European Jewish origin, used to defend Jewish citizens against anti-Semitic thugs in Bratislava on the street. He took his experience as an Olympian and street fighter and developed Krav Maga.

Imi Sde-Or developed Krav Maga after realizing that the "real world" had no place for sport fighting. That's why Krav Maga techniques focus on self-defense by using natural instincts of the body for self-protection. Our Syracuse/Camillus Krav Maga classes will put you in great shape for self-protection too.

We mix a perfect blend of fun activities and games in all our Syracuse/Camillus kids martial art classes to keep kids' attention. But at the same time, we go beyond the traditional martial arts techniques to impart discipline and a deeper sense of respect to our students. As a result, kids become better-behaved everywhere they go and perform better in school. That's why parents are crazy about our classes too, not just their kids.

Kids of all ages love these martial art classes...they enjoy the fun activities and games while improving and learning new martial art techniques.

Both men and women in our community come to these adult martial arts classes for lots of reasons. Some have encountered dangerous situations where they felt hopeless. They wanted to gain the skills and techniques required for safety and protection. Most of all, they wanted to no longer feel helpless. Others want fitness.

Martial arts is a great workout - training you to use your body in new ways, boosting lean muscle development, accelerating fat loss, improved stamina, all while improving balance and coordination.
